How should I get myself prepared for applying?

What kind of documentation are you looking for in the application?
Formal documentation of your environmental initiatives, detailed in the 4 criteria aspects of environment management, performance, leadership and sector-specific would be useful. You can also reference your submission to graphs and charts (appended in your attachment) to supplement your answers. Quantitative and verified data are strongly encouraged. All information provided in your submission will be treated with the strictest confidence.
What are the application fees like?
Application is free, only shortlisted applicants will be charged an Assessment Free from $700 to $1,500.
Can I apply for more than one category?
Yes, you can apply for more than one award category. However, if you are shortlisted for the award categories applied, an Assessment Fee for each individual application will be charged accordingly.
How long is the application period?
What is expected throughout the application process?
During the shortlisting process, the committee may contact you to request further information and/or clarify details of your submission. Please assist in responding to us by the required deadline. If you are shortlisted, you will be required to do a presentation to the Assessment Committee. A site assessment will also be conducted. Please prepare the necessary presentation slides and documentation to supplement the application submitted. You are strongly encouraged to have a management representative present during the site assessment.

Are there any participation from foreign-based organisations?
In 2012, we launched our Regional awards for organisations in Southeast Asia and later in 2014 we expanded to countries in South Asia such as India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh and Pakistan.Our past participants include HP PPS Asia Pacific, Unilever Asia, Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) and many more.
