EATNOVATE: THE CIRCULAR TRUTH DEALING WITH FOOD LOSS AND FOOD WASTE
Over and above the illustrious glitter and glamour of the awards, the SEAA has been the stage where ground breaking news was made. Just last year, SEC released the findings of its seminal study on consumer plastic and plastic resource ecosystem. Themes relating to the study were addressed over panel discussions and presentations by various thought leaders.
This year, the highlight of the SEC Conference will focus on Food Waste – a key driver in the Year Towards Zero Waste designated by the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources. SEC will release results of its research in Food Waste and will gather renowned industry professionals and experts to address topics and solutions that may lead to new practices, technological innovations, greenfield endeavours and even shape upcoming policies.
