HOW TO SUBMIT FOR SGA 2025 

1. Follow these steps 

• Complete Part A Audit Questionnaire (Google Form)
• Append Part A supporting documents to Google Form submission
• Download this form[download id=”3914″ template=”title”] and complete it 
• You may include initiatives or projects that began from October 2024 to date in your submission.
• Email the completed Part B submission form to sga@sec.org.sg

(Note: These are samples for reference. Part A is a Google Form and must be submitted online)

2. Please name all supporting documents according to the following:

• School Name_Part A_Supporting Documents
• School Name_Part B_Supporting Documents

3. Do also include images and videos that SEC can use to showcase your efforts on social media.

The deadline for submissions has been extended to 5 September 2025.
