Singapore Environment Council
The Singapore Environment Council (SEC) is an independently managed, non-profit and non-governmental organisation (NGO) and an institution of public character (IPC). As a thought leader on environmental sustainability, SEC influences thinking and practices by engaging the 3P sectors (People, Public and Private) through a range of holistic programmes: the Singapore Environmental Achievement Awards (SEAA), School Green Awards (SGA), Singapore Green Labelling Scheme (SGLS), and other certification programmes, such as: Eco-Office, Eco-Shop, Eco-F&B and Eco-Events. In addition, our Training and Education arm provides the community and business sectors with the opportunity to develop awareness, knowledge, skills and tools to protect and improve our environment for a more sustainable future.
