1. Ensure the following items are completed 

• 1 x School Green Awards Part A Audit Questionnaire (Click here to submit)
• 1 x PDF supporting document for Part A (to be uploaded into the Google Forms)
• 1 x School Green Awards Part B Project (word doc)

2. Name the documents in the following format

• School Name_Part A_Supporting Documents
• School Name_Part B_Supporting Documents

3. Email Part B to us at sga@sec.org.sg by 7 October 2022 with the following subject: SGA2022 Submission – School Name
